1999 - Kerr-McGee and Oryx merger sees Zenocean’s two biggest clients come together. Zenocean now responsible for subsea issues relating to six major North Sea fields comprising eight production facilities and their attendent pipelines etc.

1998 - Oryx assumes operatorship of the Ninian Field. Zenocean in turn assumes responsibility for subsea issues relating to the three Ninian platforms and all associated subsea pipelines and infrastructure.

1998 - Zenocean is contracted by Atlantic Power to provide subsea engineering and operations support for Banff FPSO.

1998 - Zenocean in partnership with Titan Projects of Calgary are contracted to carry out condition assessment of oil export pipeline in Arabian Gulf.

1998 - Zenocean is contracted by Talisman Energy to undertake preliminary feasibility study into relocation of Buchan A Floating Production Facility.
